Sean McCauley was president and founder for more than 15 years of one of the largest pest management companies in Northern California. He also served as Regional VP of operations for Home Team Pest Defense. He has been the past Chairman and board member of the PCOC. (Pest Control Operators of California) Sean has been featured in several notable publications around the United States, including SBA Young Entrepreneur of the Year, U.S. top 100 Pest Management Companies-PCT Magazine, Top 40 under 40 pest management professionals- PCT Magazine, Top 3 fastest growing private companies-East Bay Business Times, 30 under 30 most influential entrepreneurs- East Bay business Times.

Sean has served as an advisor to the first stages of standards for IPM (Integrated Pest Management) requirements by the State and local agencies, establishing residential and commercial pesticide regulations for less pesticide exposer to our environment.

Sean’s passion and expertise is in agricultural pest management, Farming and crop horticulture. Sean currently farms more than 200 acres of Spanish and Italian varietals of olives.
